02Digital Audit Services & Scope

PitchMyAI provides digital audit evaluations, website speed tests, social media presence reviews, and AI agentic browsing analyses based on heuristic algorithms and public data inputs.

• Audits are provided for informational and optimization guidance purposes.
• We do not guarantee specific search engine ranking improvements, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.
• You agree to only submit URLs, company profiles, and social media links that you own or have explicit authorization to audit.

03Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Certain advanced audits, high-frequency scans, or export features require credits or subscription plans. All fee purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable consumer protection laws. Credits do not expire unless specified under promotional terms.

04Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the PitchMyAI platform. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to bypass credit limits, security controls, or access unauthorized user data.
• Using automated scraping, bots, or denial-of-service attacks against our infrastructure.
• Submitting malicious URLs, malware, or fraudulent content for auditing.
• Reselling or redistributing PitchMyAI reports without prior written consent from Sematic Tech LLC.

05Limitation of Liability & Contact

PitchMyAI and Sematic Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
